Curriculum Overview

The child crosses a threshold between ages nine and ten, leaving early childhood behind and looking at the world in an increasingly awakened state. In that first experience of their separateness, which is manifested by critical questioning, and an often-challenging voice, children can experience uncertainty and fear.
